Who we are

StudioShot Pro is run by [Company name]. In these terms, "we" and "us" means [Company name], and "you" means the person or business using the service.

[Company name], [Registered address]. VAT number: [ΑΦΜ / VAT number]. GEMI number: [ΓΕΜΗ number]. Email: info@studioshotpro.com.

The service

StudioShot Pro turns photos of your products, including the images you get from your suppliers, into new product images made with AI. You upload a photo or import it from a link, pick a ready-made scene or describe your own, and download the result. Each run that makes one image is called a generation.

What you can do depends on your plan: how many generations you get each month, the resolution of your images, and whether you can create your own scenes and work in sets of up to 50 photos at once. The details of each plan are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
  • You sign in with Google or with a link we email you. Keep access to that email or Google account safe. You're responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • One account per person or business. Don't share accounts, and don't create extra accounts, for example with disposable email addresses or email aliases, to get more free images.
  • Before you use the app, you accept these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll ask you to accept the new version.

Free images

New accounts get a small number of free generations, with no card needed. The number is shown when you sign up. They're for trying the service, they don't renew, and they're given once per person or business: if you delete your account and sign up again with the same email, you won't get them again.

Photos and images on the free generations are kept for 30 days after each one is created. To keep them longer, download them or subscribe to a plan.

Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Prices are in euros. VAT is added at checkout according to your country and whether you buy as a business or as an individual, and you see the total before you pay.
  • Businesses can give their VAT number to get an invoice. Individuals get a receipt. We issue both through the Greek myDATA system.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, you can't create new images until it's paid.
  • Each plan includes a number of generations per month. Generations you don't use in a month don't carry over.
  • A generation counts when it starts, or when it joins the queue in a set. If it fails, or you cancel it while it's still queued, you get it back. Downloading a finished image again doesn't count. Making a new version of it does.
  • If you move to a higher plan, it applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month at once. If you move to a lower plan, it applies from your next renewal.
  • If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and then it won't renew. We don't refund partial months, except where the law requires it.

If you're a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you subscribe as an individual, you ask us to start the service straight away and confirm that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. This doesn't affect your legal rights if the service doesn't work as it should.

When your plan ends

If your subscription ends, you can no longer create images, and you don't get the free generations back. You can still view and download your photos and images for 120 days after the end of your last paid month. After that, we delete them. If you subscribe again before then, you keep everything.

If you move to a plan that doesn't include your own scenes or sets, the ones you've made stay in your account and you can still view and download them, but you can't change or use them. Any images waiting in a set's queue are cancelled, and you get those generations back.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to our AI providers as our Privacy Policy explains.

You alone are responsible for having the rights or permission you need for every photo you upload or import from a link, including your supplier's permission where it's needed, and for having the right to sell or promote the products in them. Don't use photos you don't have those rights to.

The cleanup option removes watermarks, logos, text, stickers and noise from a photo, and doesn't replace them with anything. Use it only on photos you're allowed to change. Removing a mark doesn't give you any rights to the photo.

The images you create

We don't claim ownership of the images you create. You can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially: on your e-shop, on marketplaces, in ads and on social media. You're responsible for how you use them and where you publish them.

Images download as JPG files that carry metadata, including signed Content Credentials (C2PA), stating they were made with AI. We keep this marking as EU law requires. Keep it when you publish: some platforms, such as Google Merchant Center, require it for AI-made images.

AI can produce similar results for different people, so we can't promise that your images will be unique. In some countries images made with AI may not be protected by copyright.

Check before you publish

To make an image, the AI redraws your product. It can change details such as its shape, colour, texture, or the text and logos on its packaging, and we don't guarantee that your product will be shown faithfully. Check every image before you use it. Under consumer law, your product images must show your product accurately, and that's your responsibility as the seller.

What you must not do

  • Upload anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademarks or other rights.
  • Upload photos of people without their permission, or create or describe scenes that are sexual, violent, hateful or that harass anyone.
  • Create images that mislead buyers about what a product is or what it does.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or access it with bots or scripts we haven't allowed.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

If you break these rules, we may remove the content concerned and suspend or close your account. Where we can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to respond.

Reporting content

If you hold the rights to an image and believe it's being used on StudioShot Pro without your permission, email us at info@studioshotpro.com with the details, and we'll look into it promptly.

Changes to the service

We're always improving StudioShot Pro, so features may change. If a change takes away something important from your paid plan, we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel and get a refund for the time you haven't used.

We work to keep the service available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our providers.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It happens straight away and can't be undone: your subscription is cancelled at once, with no refund for the rest of the month, and your photos, images and sign-in are deleted. Download any images you want to keep first.

After that, we keep only what the law requires or what we need to show what was agreed: your invoices and receipts, the record of what you accepted (these terms and, if you subscribed as an individual, the waiver of your right of withdrawal), and a one-way hash of your email address so the free generations can't be claimed again with it. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or in any other way the law doesn't allow. If you're a consumer, these terms don't affect your legal rights.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and ask you to accept the new version. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts where our registered office is located have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and can bring a claim there.

If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to sort it out. Consumers in Greece can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
